Much more enjoyable than driving up from Denver! I recently had my first trip from SLC-DEN-Cheyenne and would definitely recommend flying over driving. The staff was friendly and check-in including TSA took less than 10 minutes.

Unreliable service. United is the only carrier, and they use old planes with maintenance issues, and staff the planes and terminals with a skeleton crew with no margin for error. When there are inevitable delays and cancellations, car rentals are not available on weekends. You WILL miss any connecting flights.

Very clean and nice facility. I was through screening in less than 5 mins. Staff was very friendly. Lacked all airport convenience facilities (food, drinks, newsstand, etc). One vending machine and a complimentary coffee stand in the terminal. No in flight beverages.

I really enjoy flying out of here as it is quick and easy to get to, and much less stressful than the Denver Airport. Parking is free as well, so you can easily end up saving money flying out of here in some cases. Although sometimes the flights are much more compared to Denver, so I recommend if you would prefer to fly out of Cheyenne to just keep track of the rates with Google Flights to find the best time to buy your flights.

I enjoyed flying with my family on the inaugural flight from Dallas-Fort Worth to Cheyenne on American Airlines (operated by SkyWest) on November 4, 2018. The flight was approximately 90-minutes. I enjoyed the free parking at the new Cheyenne Regional Airport Terminal located at 4020 Airport Parkway West. Staff was friendly and helpful. The plane is a CRJ200 jet that can accommodate approximately 50 passengers. #FlyCheyenne #ThatsWY #Cheyenne

Friendly tsa check in staff. Luggage is easy. It’s basically one big open room with a check in line. Nothing is open early on Cheyenne anywhere. So good luck on breakfast.

Great little airport in Cheyenne friendly staff and TSA . The new flights out of Cheyenne are a quick flight (1 hour 35 minutes) on a CRJ 200 operated by Skywest (american eagle) to the major Dallas-Ft. Worth International airport. After arriving at DFW you will have to ride the sky tram when catching a connecting flight but it is quick and quite scenic. I arrived at E terminal and my connection was in the A terminal which took about 15 minutes on the Skylink tram. Utilizing the Skylink keeps you in the secure area so you will not have to go through additional TSA checks going from terminal to terminal.
